The 3rd Academic Horse Breeding Workshop, hosted by Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) Mennan Pasinli Horse Breeding Vocational School, took place on May 10-11, 2025, in the Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Library Conference Hall.

Session 2 – Occupational Health and Safety

The afternoon session addressed occupational health and safety in equine facilities. Moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman KÖSEMAN, the session covered topics such as the physical and environmental risks faced by personnel working in direct contact with horses, legal regulations, safety equipment standards, first aid procedures, and the importance of field training.
